Replacement, Return and Policy

How can you return?

All our machines are covered for 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

When the parcel is received please click picture/ video and if anything is damaged, we will send the damaged parts via courier.

If the machine is dead/ faulty then the customer needs to send machine to our Head office in Mumbai on Freight paid basis (One side courier charges customer need to bear), we will then first repair the machine and send. If the machine is deemed Non-repairable then we will do a Replacement of the machine.

What can you return?

Only machines are covered under return/ replacement. Accessories are not covered under this.

How can you claim warranty?

Starq products have 1 year warranty against manufcaturing defects and workmanship under normal use and service for the period of 12 months  from date of manufacturing or 12 months from date of purchase of the end use whichever is earlier.

We undertake  to repair or replace  the preoduct at our  discretion or any part thereof, for which we are satisfied  that  it was originally  defective in material  or workmanship, provided  that the product or its parts returned  to our nearset regional office/ dealer on freight paid basis, with in the warranty period.

This  warranty dose not  cover  any consequential damage  of any nature.

This guarantee excludes every condition   of warranty , whether statutory or otherwise , whatsover is not expressly set our here.
