Warranty Terms, Coverage & Replacement, Return and Policy

At STARQ Retails, we are committed to offering our customers quality products with dependable after-sales support. Please carefully read the warranty and service guidelines mentioned below to understand the coverage and process:

Warranty Terms & Coverage:

  • Warranty Duration: Starq 1-year warranty for pressure washer except battery pressure washer
    QPT- 6 months warranty

  • No Warranty on Accessories: Accessories and consumable parts (like hoses, brushes, filters, batteries, etc.) are not covered under warranty.

  • Replacement of Small Parts: For small issues or minor parts replacement during the warranty period, we will courier the necessary parts to you if it seems a manufacturing fault. If not, then the customer has to pay for the parts if it is not under a manufacturing fault, for example, breaking of pump, rusting, or wrong use. These parts can be installed either by you or with the help of any local technician.

  • Major Repairs (Machine-Level Issues): In case of a major malfunction or internal machine issue:

    • You must courier the machine to our authorized STARQ service center.

    • Our technicians will diagnose and repair the machine.

    • We will then send the repaired machine back to you.

    • Courier Charges: One-way courier charges (sending the machine to us) will be borne by the customer. The return courier charges (sending it back to you) will be borne by STARQ Retails.

  • In Case of Manufacturing Fault:

    • If the machine has a genuine manufacturing defect, we will:

      • Repair or replace the defective part free of cost during the warranty period.

      • Labor and part costs will be fully covered by STARQ Retail.

      • Return courier charges (from us to you) will be borne by STARQ Retails.


  • In Case of Customer-Induced Fault

    • If the damage is due to customer misuse, improper handling, or negligence, the repair will be chargeable.

    • In such cases, the customer will be required to pay for

      • The cost of replacement parts.

      • Labor/service charges, if applicable.

      • One-way courier charges (return from our service center).

    Examples of Customer-Induced Faults:

    • Using dirty or muddy water in machines (especially in pressure washers).

    • Courier damage caused during transit from the customer's side due to improper packaging.

    • Internal damage caused by dropping, mishandling, or water seepage due to external factors.

    • Any unauthorized opening or repair attempt that voids the warranty.

    "Replacement, Return and Policy"

     No Return Policy:

    1. We do not offer returns for any product purchased through www.starq.in.

    2. All sales are final. We only support repairs or replacements in specific cases of damage or manufacturing defects (as per warranty policy).


    Courier Damage Policy:

    If the machine is damaged during courier transit (from STARQ to customer):

    1. If the machine is damaged during shipping from our side, we will evaluate the damage and take the following action based on severity:

    Minor Damage (Small Parts Broken/Missing):

    1. In case of minor damage (such as a broken knob, pipe, trigger, connector, etc.):

      • We will send the replacement spare parts.

      • You or any local technician can easily replace the parts.

    Major Damage (Machine Body or Functional Issue):

    1. If the machine is majorly damaged during transit (affecting performance or structure):

      • You must send the machine back to our service center for inspection and repair/replacement.

      • Courier charges will be reimbursed to you after verification via GPay, PhonePe, or Paytm.


     Important Notes:

    1. Please ensure you record an unboxing video at the time of delivery to claim courier damage.

    2. Without proper proof of transit damage, reimbursement or replacement may not be approved.

    3. All packaging and shipping must be done securely while sending the machine to avoid further damage.
