Warranty Terms & Conditions

Warranty Period

  • Domestic Washer Range: 1-Year Service Warranty

  • Commercial Washer Range: 6-Month Service Warranty
    The warranty starts from the date of purchase mentioned on the invoice/order.

1. Within Warranty Period

  1. Customers must provide the order number or invoice for verification (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or Starq purchase).

  2. Customers must share photos and a working video of the machine to identify the issue.

  3. If the issue is minor and due to a manufacturing defect, required spare parts will be sent free of cost.

  4. If the issue is not due to a manufacturing defect, the cost of spare parts will be borne by the customer.

  5. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, the customer must send the machine with accessories to our Mumbai Service Center (freight paid).

  6. During the warranty period the following are free of cost:

    • Labor/Service Charges

    • Oil Change & Cleaning

    • Reverse Courier Charges

  7. If the issue is not a manufacturing defect, a repair estimate will be shared before proceeding.

  8. After repair, the machine will be tested and shipped back with tracking details.

Note: Any transit damage during courier is not covered under warranty.

2. Outside Warranty Period

  1. Customers must provide the order number or invoice.

  2. Customers must share photos and a working video of the machine.

  3. Spare parts can be couriered to the customer, but charges will be borne by the customer.

  4. If repair is required, the customer must send the machine to our Mumbai Service Center on a freight-paid basis.

  5. After inspection, a repair estimate will be shared for approval.

  6. Once repaired, the machine will be shipped back with tracking details.

Note: Courier transit damages are not the responsibility of the company.

This machine contains a water pump and must be used at least once every 7–10 days.

If not using with water, start and stop the machine for a few seconds to prevent the piston from jamming.

If the machine remains unused for a long time, water inside the pump may create scale or rust, which can jam the piston and reduce suction power. Running the machine without water (dry run) in such conditions may burn the motor.

Important:

  • Do not start the machine immediately if it has been unused for many days.

  • Clean the internal parts and apply grease to the pump section before use.

  • Always run the machine with water.

Failure to follow these instructions may damage the motor.

यह मशीन वॉटर पंप आधारित है और इसे हर 7–10 दिनों में कम से कम एक बार चलाना चाहिए।

यदि पानी के साथ उपयोग नहीं कर रहे हैं, तो मशीन को कुछ सेकंड के लिए चालू और बंद करें ताकि पिस्टन जाम न हो।

  • हमेशा पानी के साथ मशीन चलाएं।

ಈ ಯಂತ್ರವು ನೀರಿನ ಪಂಪ್ ಹೊಂದಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಇದನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿ 7–10 ದಿನಗಳಿಗೊಮ್ಮೆ ಬಳಸಬೇಕು.
