At STARQ, we carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Since our products go through strict quality checks, all sales are considered final. However, in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we’re here to support you.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please share the following within 2 days of delivery:

An unboxing video (mandatory) showing the package being opened for the first time
⚠️ Please note: The unboxing video must be recorded from the beginning, clearly showing the sealed package before opening. This helps us verify and process your request smoothly.
How We Handle Different Situations:
• Minor damage (outer body parts or small components):
We will courier the necessary spare parts and guide you step-by-step for easy fitting.
• Missing or damaged accessories:
We will promptly ship replacement accessories.
• Major motor damage:
In rare cases of severe motor issues, we will arrange for return and replacement after verification.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds or store credits once an order is confirmed.
If an order is cancelled after it has already been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the applicable forward and reverse courier charges, along with any processing fees depending on the product value.
