Good Customer Service & Decent Quality

I was looking for a pressure washer to meet multiple cleaning needs—car, bike, tiles, AC, and water sump. My main criteria were availability of spare parts both online and in the open market. After researching, I shortlisted three brands: Woscher, Sakthi, and Starq.
I visited their official websites to check customer service responsiveness. Among them, Starq stood out with prompt and helpful replies—even on Sundays! I also verified the availability of spare parts and finally chose the ST-25 model, which seemed more than sufficient for my requirements.
The product itself is quite decent. As claimed, it features a 100% copper motor, which is confirmed in both the manual and packaging. The unit feels sturdy, and the hose quality is good. The spray gun and its plastic build are acceptable, and the overall performance is impressive—it handles all cleaning tasks effectively.
One minor drawback is the foam canister quality, which isn’t great. I recommend purchasing a better quality foam shampoo separately for optimal results.
After using it eight times, I’m completely satisfied with both the product performance and customer service.
